Terms & Conditions
These terms cover your use of the Muscle Shoals Epoxy Flooring website. Using the site means you accept them. They do not replace the written estimate or agreement for any work we perform.

Using This Site
The pages here describe epoxy flooring and related services in Muscle Shoals. They are general information about our services. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or a promise to perform work at a particular price.
Please use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, copy it wholesale, scrape it, or submit false information through the form.
Estimates and pricing
Any prices or cost ranges shown on this site are planning figures based on typical projects. They are not quotes. Actual pricing depends on what we find during a site visit: access, condition, materials, permits, and the scope you approve. The written estimate you sign is what governs the work, and it replaces anything stated on this site.
No professional advice
Content on this site is not engineering, legal, insurance, or other professional advice. Every property is different and has to be seen in person. If a specialist is needed for your situation, we will tell you.
Your Responsibilities
- Give accurate contact and property information when you request an estimate
- Have the authority of the property owner to request a visit or work
- Provide safe access to the areas involved in the work
- Tell us about known hazards, prior repairs, or pending insurance claims
Contact permission
By submitting the form or calling, you agree that we may contact you at the number and email you provide about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything, and you can opt out at any time.
